A1 Reverse lunge from 5-10cm deficit x15-20 e.s (hold a small weight in front of body)
A2 GS squat @30kg x40-60
Swing @20kg x near max e.s
Right hand jerk got shaky at the 4 minute mark and i had to adjust the bell with the other hand:( fith minute was back to normal.
