Jerk 14kg @18rpm 2min intervals x4
L: 21/20, 19/21, 19/19, 19/20
R: 20/19, 19/18, 19/17, 18/17

Snatch 14kg @16rpm 12min set
L: 18/18/18/17/17/17
R: 17/17/16/16/15/14

Pacing too fast again. I just don’t watch the clock well enough and i miscount my reps. I undercount so when i review my videos i notice that i did more reps than i thought! I was trying to go by my breathing and thought my breathing cycle for the snatch was 16rpm..it was a bit faster than that.

Overall arm and hand fatigue..all the rest ok!

    this easy week is turning into a max effort…breathe, chill, count 30sec at a time. 18rpm: 9 reps in 30 sec. 16rpm 4 reps every 15 sec. Simple! if you go over, you rest in the rack or lockout.

      Ok..I was counting every 15 sec but will switch to every 30 now! I forget how important focus is..there is so much more to this sport than what it looks like! And so much to learn…day 3 tomorrow and sharper focus! Thanks coach
