Pacing too fast again. I just don’t watch the clock well enough and i miscount my reps. I undercount so when i review my videos i notice that i did more reps than i thought! I was trying to go by my breathing and thought my breathing cycle for the snatch was 16rpm..it was a bit faster than that.
Overall arm and hand fatigue..all the rest ok!
