a2. Hindu squat x20

a3. Kb swings 2x16kg x20

a4. Rope skips x100

Black snatch 14kg 8min set

Snatch 12kg @20rpm 10min set (switch every 30sec) here is the video

ufff  that was a hard start..the rowing followed by leg blasts made me nearly vomit! Snatch technique felt good and very little forearm fatigue..just huffing and puffing my way through the set!
