what a cracker of a week! Very happy with my training this week..hit all my numbers and am feeling good. Small twitch on my right hammy prob from the jump lunge but nothing serious.
9 min snatch set today was good..still had a bit in the tank and prob could have gone 5min each side. Will also try 12min glove set next week.
i didnt add any extra GPP (no boxing etc) so i am quite happy with the 4 days of GS and my surfing day in the weekend. I walked home (6km) everyday this week so that is my daily long slow cardio. This is working so i will stick with this for now 🙂
