Week 5 – Day 4

Sprint snatch 16kg 5min 107 reps here is the video

Rowing 10min 2.25 km

Snatch 16kg @16rpm 5min set
Glove snatch 14kg 12 min set 4 hand switches

Well the sprint snatch set went a lot better than i expected..i was hoping for 100 reps and i got 107..very happy with that! And no rips or hand tears πŸ™‚ that is a pr by far!! I got 122 reps in 10 min in my last comp so yeah..i am happy with my progress.
I was intending to do 15min of rowing after the sprint snatch but i was dead..so only did 10min then added a 5min snatch to make up the other 5min.
All in all a good session πŸ™‚
