Week 6 – Day 4

Rowing 20min 4.66km

Snatch 16kg @18rpm 6min set

Glove snatch 14kg 12min set switch every 3min

Ripped two blisters on my left hand..no blood just pulled skin off..need to improve my hand care..i thought the blisters were dry but the friction still pulled them off. I did notice that I was crushing the handle with my left hand.. Just couldn’t get the grip right.. Right hand was much better.
Overall a good week hitting all prescribed rpm..and working towards a 5km in 20min on the rower đŸ™‚
