Week 7- Day 1

Jerk 16kg @16rpm 10min set

Box squats 1 set 57.5kg x4
3 sets 55kg x8
Lat pulldown 42.5kg 3×8

Jump squats 40kg 30/30/40
Swings 24kg 70L/70R
Handstand 1min
Bar hang 1min
Ab wheel 8/8/8

Well very good start to the week hitting a pb with my 10min jerk.. Was able to keep the 16rpm pace the whole time completing 160 reps.. Last pb was 142 (comp in sept 2013) so i am very happy with today!
Jump squats did them in 3 sets instead of 4 and slowly increasing reps with the ab wheel.. So lots of small steps.. Very happy.. Maybe it was the massage and sauna yesterday 🙂

      Totally!! I am going home to Argentina to see my parents in April so that will be a forced 4 week break after the comp..Then back to training for the nationals 🙂
