Another week of small gains..all going good..Glad it’s Friday! Actually i just went back through all my past stats and this week has been a week of big gains! Pb in 16kg 10min jerk (160 reps) and pb in 16kg 8min snatch (144 reps).. Yay!!
Oh i just remembered something else.. I seem to have incorporated a little sergey rudnev raised heels in my 14kg snatch as the kb drops.. Not intentionally but it seems to somehow ‘cushion’ the fall and not pull so much o my hands as the bell goes into the back position..Might be something to try when i snatch the 16kg
