Had a great time in Argentina with my family and i even managed to get in some good strength training..but now it’s back to business (jetlag and all!)
Jerk 14kg @16rpm 10min set – 160 reps
Snatch 14kg @16rpm 10min set – 160 reps
Circuit w 14kg – 3 rounds
The jerk test set was probably a 7.5 out of 10 in terms of difficulty. Snatch 8.5..my forearm was fried towards the end!
Overall felt good to get back into a lo g GS set. I have a lot of work ahead..goal is to compete in 20kg Biathlon in December.. I don’t foresee it being an easy journey!
