Trap bar deadlift @85kg 3×8 sets

  • Snatch @18kg x5min @14rpm, switch 30sec,
  • Snatch @16kg x 3min e.s @16rpm 
  • Snatch @16kg x 3min e.s @16rpm 

Lat pull @42.5kg 6×3 sets

2 arm swing @24kg x8,12,16 x10 rounds

Still working on the catch..fingers just feel weak and sensitive and i can’t find a comfortable position for the handle in my hand..everything else is good..cardio, endurance, grip etc is fine.
