Week 8/12 – day 3

Double Jerk @2x14kg x10+12

  • Jerk @18kg x1min30 e.s @14 rpm
  • Jerk @20kg x1min30 e.s @12 rpm here is the video 
  • Jerk @16kg x3min e.s @16rpm

Back squat warm up reps to 42.5kg; 45kg 3×6 sets 

EMOM Plyo Push ups x3-5 reps – 5 Minutes

Jump rope intervals 40w/20r x8


Double jerk is coming along fine – i think i would like to get into timed sets now..I am finding the numbered sets a bit confusing as i am not sure how long i am supposed to take..haha sounds stupid i know.

20kg jerk is feeling good too..and the 16kg bell is feeling unsurprisingly light after the 20kg 🙂 It’s a nice feeling! 

Back squats are progressing nicely too..3 weeks ago i could only do 1 rep at 45kg..today i did 18 reps 🙂
