Jerk @2x14kg x1min @10-12rpm, x2 sets

  • Jerk @18kg x2min30 e.s @14 rpm
  • Jerk @20kg x2min30 e.s @12 rpm
  • Jerk @16kg x4min e.s @16rpm

Glove snatch @12kg x4min e.s

Front squat warm up reps to 42.5kg; 42.5kgx3, 40kgx3 5 sets

Circuit x5 rounds

Ufff today was a tough one..had a busy day yesterday (missed lunch, stayed up late hosting a work function then patchy sleep). Hit all my jerk rpms today but they felt heavy. My legs felt heavy – i was aiming for 45kg front squats but stuck to 40kg..and jelly legs after the 5 rounds of the circuit! 

Anyway good news is PR in the 20kg jerk, don’t think i have ever done a 5 minute set at 12rpm ! I’ll take every gain i can get heavy or not 🙂
