Jerk @18kg x10min test @14 rpm (140 reps)
Jerk 20kg @12rpm 1min e.s x3

Glove snatch @14kg x5min e.s (80/85)

Front squat warm up to 42.5kg; 45kg 3×2; 42.5kg 3×4 sets

Well jerk test passed πŸ™‚ I maintained the 14rpm throughout the set so happy with that. Had a bit of gas left in the tank after a brief rest so just added a few short 20kg jerk sets to round things off.
