Well..today i followed the plan to the T..with the exact rest periods and boy it was a whole different ball game..funny how one minute less of rest can have such a big impact! I reached all the prescribed rpm but it was heavier than usual (a lot more huffing and puffing)!
Smashed my 20min interval rowing pr..i was ready to give up at interval 10 but i kept going till i got to 20 🙂
