  • Jerk @18kg x1min e.s @16 rpm, 2min rest
  • Jerk @20kg x1min e.s @14 rpm, 3.5min rest
  • Jerk @16kg x3min e.s @18rpm

Glove snatch @16kg x4min e.s – 120 reps

Front squat warm up resp to 45kg; 45kg 3,3,3,3; 42.5kg 3, 3 reps

Circuit x4 rounds

Well i was intent on sticking to the rest periods but i finished my 20kg jerk and checked my phone for an update on the Brazil-Germany match and woooohhh i got a bit distracted with the 5-0 !

8 min set with 16kg glove snatch at 15rpm was good 🙂
