Week 1 – Day 2

TGU 12kg 3×3
Snatch test @18kg 10min @18rpm (180reps)
One arm swing 28kg 50/50
20min cardio – cross trainer 3min hard 2min easy x4

Well i decided to change things up a little and get my training session in after work..i usually train at 6 am and on an empty stomach so i wanted to see if i had the same level of energy training after work. And yes..not a major difference.
I completed my snatch test..180 reps..PR πŸ™‚ i could even have suck an extra 5 reps in i reckon :p
cardio was good..i have the cross trainer a go..certainly got me huffing and puffing by the 3min marks..managed to keep all 4 sets at the same intensity..i quite enjoyed the challenge!
It’s back to early morning training tomorrow..no more crazy 4am soccer games hehe.
