Week 1 – Day 3

Jerk 18kg @16rpm 1.5min e. s
Jerk 20kg @14rpm 1.5min e. s
Jerk 16kg @18rpm 4min/3min

Box squats @60kg 3×8 reps
Leg circuit x3
Glove snatch @16kg 10min multi switch 150 reps

Well i well and truly felt the fatigue today.. 5th day in a row training and having done a 10min snatch test last night might explain it :p
The 18kg and 20kg jerk sets were on rpm.  I was aiming for 4mun e.s with the 16kg jerk but only managed 4min on the left and 3min on the right with that last minute only 14 reps. I was a bit ambitious aiming for the high end of the prescribed reps :p
My partner is back from The Netherlands tomorrow so no training till Friday.. Yay 🙂
