1 arm DB row 20kgx9, 22.5kgx6, 25kgx6 

2 arm swing @32kg 10 every 45sec 12 sets

I was a bit too fast with my snatches..i think i need to find the groove and calm down a bit. Hit all rpms and hands are looking good 🙂 

I have improved my strength on the one arm rows..25kg db felt quite good 🙂 Did 12 sets of the 32kg swings..was a quick session today !
