Nice to be back in the gym..the double jerks were wobbly and a bit messy..they got better as the reps increased.
20kg snatch intervals had me breathing pretty hard by the end and the 18kg snatch was also a bit of a killer. I know i wasn’t supposed to do the top end of the rep/time..but i couldn’t help myself 😦
