Total time: 9.5min Total reps: 133

Snatch @18kg x4min e.s @16rpm
Total time: 8min Total reps: 128

Cardio x30min (4min hard, 3 min easy *4 sets – cycling intervals)

New focus for the next few weeks – longer sets, more cardio and less accessory strength work.
I found it mentally challenging today..maybe because i knew the focus was on longer sets..i am sure i will warm up to them quickly!
I overestimated my jerk set and thought i could push for 6min each side..in hindsight i should have gone for 5min each side which would have been achievable.
I scaled back the snatches and went with the min starting time 4min each side.

      I’ll get there πŸ™‚ i am also more comfortable with not maxing out and trying to hit the top end of the rep range..little steps πŸ™‚
