I am feeling back to 80%..no neck pain, minimal shoulder blade niggle and the groin niggle is minimal too. i think my therapeutic infrared lamp is working great 🙂

Jerk set was great ! 2 weeks ago i barely managed 133 reps..today i paced myself well and did 5.5min each side @14rpm for a PR of 154 reps.
Snatch also felt good..grip was ok at the end..cardio was a bit winded!

i think training longer sets makes you good at longer sets 😉
