1 Swing 1Snatch @20kg x4.5min e.s @ easy tempo

Double jerk @2*14kg x1min @15rpm *5 sets

1 arm swing @28kg x60 reps e.s *1 set

Cardio x15 min (Skipping 1min on 30 sec off)

Jerk first up this morning and small improvements..not quite at 17rpm for the whole 8min yet..i don’t think i can do a 10min set @17rpm yet.

Felt my shoulder/traps pull during the double jerks..i was a bit distracted and received the bells in rack a bit carelessly and that’s when i felt the muscles seize up a bit. My traps are just feeling tight now..will give the lamp a go tonight.
