Jerk/LC complex @18kg x6min e.s@16rpm for jerk, 8rpm for LC

Jerk @20kg x1min e.s @16rpm, rest 1min *5

Back squat x5 (5,37.5,40,40,40kg) + 3 jump for height *5

Swing @2*14kg x20 *5

Good start to the week. The LC/J complex is really fun..less hand cramps this time and a nice long 12 minute set:)
My legs were feeling wobbly towards the end of the 20kg jerks..which is a good sign..means they were working harder than my arms πŸ™‚
