Feeling good and strong today! PR with the 20kg jerk. Tried a bit of variation with my breathing cycle (3 short breaths on top and 2 short ones in rack) and i think it helped! Will pay more attention to this.
Went with jerks instead of push presses with the double 16s.
Overall a good session ! 8 weeks out from comp 🙂
