Back squat x3 followed by 3 jump for height, *3

Half Snatch @16kg x3min e.s @14rpm


I was hoping to get the full 7min of the test but fell short by 30 sec 😦 I guess i need the deload more than i realized! I should have rested today but i have a late night tonight and tomorrow so thought i’d get it over today. Snatch test on Friday so i hope i get the 7min then !
