back to it after a week of deload – feeling good! The early mornings are getting really muggy..so i am sweating by the time i finish my warm up..probably good to get used top that as i have a feeling it will be stinking hot in Melbourne !
The first 3 jerk intervals were good and i stuck to the rest..i had an extra minute with the last 2. Snatch interval i did 7 min then put the bell down for 30 seconds and did the last minute.
