Snatch @20kg x3.5min e.s @12rpm

Jerk set felt heavy..i managed the 12rpm for the whole 8 min but mentally it was tough! With the snatches i was aiming for 8min but i just couldn’t pace myself..i went too quick and ended up doing 14rpm for 7min..so i hit the number of reps but not time..i just find it hard to slow down with snatches..i tried more time in overhead but still no joy 😦

      hmmmm cardio was probably just under 80%. I got more winded with the snatches. With a bit of rest i could have squeezed in more jerks but not quite with the snatches
